I consider this as my second home already. The best condotel ever! You will have a magestic view of the Davao River,mountain,⛰️city🌃 and most of all is the Ocean View🌊.Whether it’s day or night,these views connects to your soul and gives you an instant calm.Perfect for both sunrise and sunset lovers☀️⛅️. The entire room is clean compared to other expensive hotels. I had no attacks of allergic rhinitis. 😅It was worth the money because of this unique staycation experience.❤️This home away from home is a gem.🏡Definitely,we will be coming back.

Perhaps this is the best hotel in Davao at the moment. If you are looking for a very beautiful and even somewhat luxurious accommodation in Davao City, this is the place to stay. The hotel is relatively new compared to Seda and Park Inn. So it still looks and feels clean. We really liked the breakfast buffet. The pool is nice, especially in the evenings. Our kid liked it a lot. The hospitality of the staff is of course excellent, but remember that this is the Philippines and we generally expect a high level of hospitality everywhere.

The staf was very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean...they came right away when you needed something...we ordered some food for dinner and you didn't wait very long.. I made a special request to put some roses leaves and buns of roses for my wife. For our 10 years anniversary..and .they arrange everything. There's a big Mall at walkingdistance en lots eateries near ..Next the Condo There'sa Koreanrestaurant....I recommend this condo if you dicite to stay a few days in the Davao City Philippines...

This is a really great hotel! The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean and it is quiet for an undisturbed nights sleep. The staff are all very friendly and were accommodating to my needs. I would recommend this hotel for staying in Davao - Everything that you could desire during your stay is easily accessible, with the downtown and Roxa's night market a few minutes walk just around the corner. I have stayed at Inspiria Abreeza on 3 occasions, twice by myself and once with my fiance and stepdaughter Every stay has been good, staff are friendly, rooms have always been clean and tidy, the location is great with Abreeza Mall next door and the hotel is central to many of Davao City attractions. I have no hesitation to continue to rebook and stay here as i have had acceptable stays. Looking forward to my next visit to Davao City Philippines

We are couple from Australia we find the place a Comfortable apartment. Suitable for a couple or for a family with 2 or 3 kids. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a family room. Fully air conditioned and has cooking facilities. Washing machine is a bonus. Located centrally in Davao City for easy access to facilities and shopping. The host Nona is very approachable she always attained to what clients need. Highly recommend.

We had 2 stays in Dec'22. We liked the super friendly staff, location, the one bedroom (second stay) was definitely the nicer and better option than the studio (first stay) we liked the washing machine (in the one bedroom) and nespresso coffee maker in the room..Also the Thai restaurant is very good. And let's face it: it's probably the best hotel available in Davao.

The hotel staff were excellent , Dennis , Leah , Dorin and Nino . The restaurant was fantastic , 10 out of 10 . 24 hour room service . Wonderful facilities . Clean pool , clean rooms . The housemaids were exceptional too . I could not fault this hotel . The customer is number 1 in this place ! The best hotel in Davao , possibly the Philippines , by far !

Park Inn by Radisson made my stay memorable. To me, it was like my home away from home. The food were great, the staff and security personnel were very accommodating and approachable, location is perfect and is accessible to two of the biggest malls in Davao, I felt secured and safe, and comfortable at the same time. I really had fun staying at Park Inn.

I had an amazing stay and we’ll definitely book this property again in future.. The unit provided basic toiletries and inside slippers which you feel like a hotel stay.. The bed is comfy, the owner and the assistant are responsive and very nice people including the guards + the location is just next door to Abreeza Mall and one ride to center of Davao.

Right in the middle of the city. Near enough to great places to eat and see. Walking distance to People's park. Love Davao. Amazing city. Felt surprisingly safe and amazingly clean. First time in Davao. Just to see why it's mayor became the president of the Philippines. Now I know. We need more politicians of Davao for national positions.

The owner is SUPER responsive, and getting in to the unit was really quick and easy. My daughter loved the pool, and the condo is just 10 minutes from Crocodile Park and just 10 minutes from the SM Davao City. We definitely hope to stay here again! It makes the hotels seem nasty in comparison!

I extended my stay here while I was in Davao. I liked its location. Very close to the night market as well as malls and different establishments such as restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. I was able to enjoy my free time because of how close the hotel was to these locations. (even KTV spots)

Host was always available for my constant questioning. Very kind and accepting of my needs. Condo clean and inviting. I had a fantastic short stay, and the location is awesome backing onto SM Davao City. Will definitely stay here again when I get back to the Philippines.

The rooms were quite nice, and the hotel was well placed close to a mall. The cafe had excellent food and drink, and we enjoyed a New years dinner there, to much satisfaction. We will definitely consider The Pinnacle again the next time we go back to Davao.

Central location and you can walk to many establishments on foot, however, we would not recommend doing this because there are plenty of beggars in the street in Davao. The unit is also close to the Roxas night market, and that is a must-see.

the location is close from the airport rooms and linens are very clean and organize safety box are there as well a friendly pocket budget😉 highly recommended to stay in with in City of Davao☺️👌🏼 surely will comeback on my next trip😎

Everything was lovely. Staff are very helpful. After staying in a different local hotel, at a similar price point, it's obvious this place is a little gem in Davao. We will definitely stay here again. Great for long or short stays.

This is a very nice apartment in the centre of Davao next to the People Park, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host is very friendly and responsive. The location is superb, a lot of dining options are in the area.

The location is awesome, close to all amenities. Safe & quiet. It is a recommended hotel stay in Davao. I will come back and stay at this hotel on a future visit. Thank you OYO Hotel for the good service
